Description

Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het verwerven van een Financieel systeem inclusief projectadministratie tool in de vorm van Software as a Service (SaaS). Het financieel pakket dient de financiële processen en de projectadministratie, waaronder planning en urenregistratie, op rechtmatige en doelmatige wijze te ondersteunen. Dit dient te geschieden door middel van een standaardapplicatie, waarbij maatwerk uitgesloten is, teneinde de efficiëntie en rechtmatigheid van de oplossing te waarborgen. De scope van deze aanbesteding omvat het leveren en implementeren van een nieuw financieel systeem inclusief een projectmanagementtool voor het plannen en registreren van uren en het beheersen van het genoemde systeem gedurende de gehele gebruiksperiode, inclusief updates en onderhoud. €340.000,-
