The execution of these pedestrian passages will lead to the fluidization of road and pedestrian traffic, the elimination of traffic bottlenecks, the reduction of the number of accidents and the increase of road safety. In areas heavily trafficked by both vehicles and pedestrians, pedestrians do not have the possibility to cross/pass legally from one side of the road to the other, resulting in a low degree of road safety, traffic jams and an increased number of road accidents. Achieving a pedestrian passage is a necessity and will contribute to increasing the accessibility of the served areas with a positive impact on the economic development of the area. Each lot is related to a site that corresponds to the area where the investment will be made. The effects of making these pedestrian passages will be felt primarily in reducing the number of accidents, increasing the level of safety of road users, increasing the standard of living and the comfort of the riverside. Duration of the contract: 6 months . In accordance with Article 160(1) of Government Decision No 98/2016, the deadline by which any candidate has the right to request clarifications or information in relation to the atrib dock is 25 days before the deadline for submitting tenders.In accordance with Article 160(2) of Government Decision No 98/2016, the CA shall set a deadline for replying to requests for clarification 11 days before the deadline for submitting tenders.
