Federal Police Blumberg_Renewal WEA, energy-efficient refurbishment Building 55_Object planning Buildings and interiors according to § 34 HOAI
The Federal Police Department Blumberg is located in the district of Barnim in the state of Brandenburg and belongs to the official-free municipality of Ahrensfelde. BPOL's Blumberg site is one of the agreed priority properties according to the planning of the construction program. There are several existing buildings on the site. As part of the measure, the heat generation plant is to be renovated and the building 55 with administrative use is to be energetically renovated. The Federal Government has committed itself to increased standards (Effizienzgebäude Bund - EGB) with regard to its building stock. The refurbishment is to be carried out during operation. The planning and implementation of the measure is carried out in accordance with the RBBau section E construction project. Within this framework, a Final Building Document (FPU) must be drawn up for the measure. The final building document should be submitted by the beginning of October 2026. Construction is scheduled from December 2028 to 2030. Total foreseen for the measure construction costs (cost group 200-600) amounting to 6,600,000 euros gross.
