Description

1. The subject of the contract is ‘Reception and management of waste of code ex 20 01 99 — other non-listed fractions collected separately. Household ashes’ 2. It is a waste collection and handling service with code ex 20 01 99 – other non-listed fractions collected separately. Household ashes in the amount of approx. 4,000 milligrams. The waste management method offered must comply with the applicable law and the treatment processes specified in Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587 as amended) The Contractor is obliged to have up-to-date environmental decisions required by law to carry out waste treatment activities with code ex 20 01 99, referred to in Art. 2, point 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012, i.e. DZ.U. 2023, item 1587 as amended) 3. The place of waste collection is the waste management plant BESKID ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o. in Żywiec at ul. Kabaty 2. 4. The subject-matter of the contract also includes the service of transporting the above-mentioned waste.
