Grand Paris Aménagement needs to provide services to polluted sites and soils within the framework of: - Its pre-operational studies - Acquisitions and disposals - Land management - Its operations (AVP and PRO phases) - Works for which Grand Paris Aménagement is project manager. The objectives are: - To assess the risk of pollution, plan an investigation programme and obtain in the first approach an estimate of the costs of studies and land management necessary for the project, - To verify the presence or absence of an impact of past and present activities on the quality of the subsoil, as well as the health compatibility with its project or that of a purchaser and to measure, according to the planned developments and uses defined, the technical and financial consequences of pollution constraints on the development project (in particular to feed into negotiations in the context of acquisition / disposal), - To make compatible the state of pollution of the subsoil with the planned developments, by having carried out on its behalf the necessary preliminary studies and environmental rehabilitation works , - To optimize land management in the context of a circular economy perspective, - To integrate and develop an integrated approach all educational issues, adopting where possible the development to the potential of the soils (plant pallets, adapted, etc.).
