Description

Striving for a circular economy and the best way to manage waste (firstly: prevent their formation in accordance with Article 18 of the Waste Act) The Contracting Authority envisages the award of a contract in which the subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a brand new chemical station for the stabilisation of sewage sludge (waste code 19 08 05) for the wastewater treatment plant in Szamotuły. The installation shall enable the production of a product improving the fertilising properties of the soil. The installation to be purchased must bear the CE marking (Conformité Européenne). CE marking (Conformité Européenne) is understood as the manufacturer's declaration that the product placed on the market meets the essential requirements specified most often in the regulations issued on the basis of the Conformity Assessment System Act of 30 August 2002 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 215, as amended) – introducing the so-called New Approach Directives into Polish law. As part of the contract, the Contractor will certify the final product by obtaining a decision of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development for a plant cultivation aid.
