Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate inhabited from the Żołyń Commune, i.e. from: Żołyń, Brzóza Stadnicka, Smolarzyna, Kopanie Żołyńskie. The subject of the contract will be implemented in such a way as to ensure that appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024, item 399) and its implementing legislation.
