1. The subject of the contract is Medical Equipment Review - Holter Review SCHILLER CPV Code: 71356100 – 9 Technical inspection services 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1a to the Invitation. The tender submitted must include the full scope of the subject-matter of the contract. 3. The subject matter and conditions of performance of this contract should be in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices or Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices (if applicable) and with other applicable legal provisions in this regard, if the offered object is a medical device. 4. Inspections of equipment will be carried out in accordance with the list of the Ordering Party. The date of the planned review may be changed at the request of the Ordered Party, about which the Contractor will be informed by phone or e-mail. The scope of inspections will follow the recommendations of the manufacturer of the devices included in the instructions for use. 5.
