Description

The purpose of the new framework contract is to provide the following security services for the Delegation of the European Union in Haiti according to the terms of reference, the technical specifications and the contractor's offer:
security guards services which may include ISM (international security manager), IGS (international guard supervisor), LGS (local guard supervisor), LSG (local security guards), LSG patrol, LSG shift leader;
close protection services based on a close protection team (CPT) which may include CPO (close protection officer), CPOS (close protection officer supervisor) and LCPO (local close protection officer);
provision of specific services which could include providing and driving armoured vehicles, manned by security drivers especially trained for this task; rental of security equipment such as night vision goggles, tactical vests, etc.
