City of Wuppertal - Awarding of emergency medical care
The City of Wuppertal intends to entrust third parties with the performance of tasks of the rescue service in accordance with the first sentence of Paragraph 13(1) in conjunction with Paragraph 2(1)(1) and (2) and Paragraph 9(1) of the RettG NRW. The emergency medical staffing of the emergency medical vehicles (NEF) and the intensive care transport vehicle (ITW) held by the carrier is commissioned. The service consists of the provision of professionally and health-appropriate medical personnel for the execution of emergency rescue and participation in the extended rescue service / special needs by means of a personnel supply, which, in the opinion of the client, meets the requirements of a temporary employment contract subject to authorisation within the meaning of the Temporary Employment Act (Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz - AÜG). The contract will be divided into six lots. There are 5 NEF lots and 1 ITW lot. There is a lot limit in the form of an offer limit. Each tenderer may submit a bid on a maximum of three NEF lots and the ITW lot.
