Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the reconstruction and change of use, the renovation of the maintenance unit of buildings together with land development and the necessary technical infrastructure for the real estate in Łódź at ul. Gdansk 8. The planned refurbishment of the set of buildings was described on the basis of the project entitled: ‘Conversional construction project for the conversion and use of a part of a residential stone with commercial and service premises on the ground floor of the front building for a service function – library, conversion of dwellings and renovation of a maintenance stone located in Łódź at ul. Gdańskiej 8, land registry unit Łódź – Śródmieście, S-1, plot No 26’
