Description

Execution of works for the project ‘Rehabilitation of degraded areas inside micro-areas 2, 3 and 4 in the Govândari district and the Calea Caransebeșului area – Reșița Municipality Componenta C – Rehabilitation of degraded areas inside micro-area 4 in the Govândari district Reșița Municipality’ involves the following works: - ensuring adequate pedestrian and road traffic in optimal conditions of safety and comfort; - residential parking in smart solutions, so as to ensure that space is shared fairly between pedestrians and cars; - revitalization of recreational areas for children and adults; - revitalizing green spaces; - installation of urban furniture elements: benches, bicycle racks, trash cans, etc.; - modernization of the rain sewerage network and lighting system; - achieving efficient and modern waste collection systems. The project provides for the urban regeneration of Micro-Raion 4 through the reorganization of road, velo and pedestrian movements. The road structures adopted are for the roadside infrastructure, ground parking and the non-motorised part. Landscape design solves functional problems by providing rest and relaxation areas: for reading and socialising, active areas: fitness, chess, playgrounds and passive areas. For the existing green spaces in Micro 4 are proposed various typologies of green spaces, loisir and relaxation spaces, completion and diversification of vegetation, planting of trees and shrubs, endowment with urban furniture and arrangement of a decorative fountain. The project proposes the arrangement of modular pavilions made of metallic structure.
