Description

Subject-matter of these supplies: supply, installation and maintenance of electronic medication dispensing cabinets, combined with linkable medication trolleys. The right ICT connections must also be provided. Explanation: Concluding a framework agreement with several participants, for the supply and installation of electronic medication dispensing cabinets, for members of the Plexus healthcare network. Electronic sealed medicine cabinets are currently in use in various services. This is to protect medication more strictly against theft and abuse. For critical services, medical-technical services and the delivery area, this is intended as extra security for large quantities of high-potency narcotics. Both the access to the cabinet is limited by rights, as well as the removal from the cabinet (selected medicine and operator are registered). For non-critical services, these cabinets are placed to make specific medication accessible to nurses/doctors. Additional elements are the need for traceability of withdrawals to ensure full billing and security. The software of these new electronic cabinets must be compatible with the software and other electronic stock and distribution systems of the participating Plexus institution. Future choices from the Plexus network must also be able to connect to this. This contract is placed on the market for the members of the Plexus care network. It is important for each member of the Plexus healthcare network to have the choices between purchasing new electronic medication dispensing cabinets or upgrading the existing cabinets. The contract shall be divided into lots. Three lots will be issued. The intention is to conclude a framework agreement with 1 supplier per lot. The contract is divided into the following lots: Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
