Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of desktops and mobile computers together with software, monitors and accessories for the project. 2. The subject of the contract is carried out as part of the project entitled: ‘MODEL SOLUTIONS FOR DIFFICULT CHALLENGES – Plan for Local and Institutional Development of Stalowa Wola’, co-financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 (85%) and the State Budget (15%) and implemented under the Local Development Programme. 3. The subject of the contract will be used to carry out educational activities with children and young people, organized by the Stalowowolskie Local Activity Center (SCAL) Department of the Stalowa Wola City Hall as part of the new technologies and robotics studio and the StaLOVE UrbanLAB Municipal Laboratory. 4. The subject-matter of the contract must, in particular: 1) meet the requirements specified in the contract, 2) be brand new and complete (with full wiring), 3) be assembled, tested and ready for use, 4) be originally packaged, in packaging described as to their content, 5) be marked by the manufacturer in such a way that it is possible to identify both the product and the manufacturer, 6) be of high quality and free from defects and from encumbrances by third parties, 7) come from legal sources, 8) be approved for use in a public institution, 9) meet the quality standards specified in the relevant legal acts, if they relate to the subject of the contract, 10) be provided with instructions, technical descriptions and warranty cards, which will be in Polish. 5. The equipment supplied under the contract must be complete, assembled, tested and ready for use. 6. Detailed requirements concerning the conditions for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract shall be laid down in the draft contract for the performance of the public contract.
