Description

Gemeente Venlo is voornemens om op de locatie Bakkerstraat een maatschappelijke opvang te realiseren. In het gebouw worden 36 wooneenheden en aanverwante functies gerealiseerd voor huurder zorginstelling Moveoo. Het gebouw wordt geplaatst voor een periode van 10 jaar. Na afloop van deze periode zal het gebouw elders ingezet worden. Gemeente Venlo zoekt een opdrachtnemer die de verantwoordelijkheid neemt over het ontwerp en uitvoeren van het werk. Op de locatie Bakkersstraat/Snijderstraat zal een nieuw te bouwen opvang gerealiseerd moeten worden. De opvang zal tenminste 10 jaar op deze locatie blijven. De opvanglocatie moet opvang bieden aan 16 daklozen, 16 inwoners met een beschermd wonen-indicatie en in de winterperiode mogelijkheden bieden voor de opvang van maximaal 32 daklozen.
