Description

Središnji registar državne imovine predstavlja sveobuhvatnu i cjelovitu, metodološki standardiziranu i kontinuirano ažuriranu evidenciju državne imovine. Izrađen je sukladno odredbama Zakona o Središnjem registru državne imovine („Narodne novine“, 112/18) i Uredbe o Središnjem registru državne imovine („Narodne novine“, br.3/20) te Pravilnika o tehničkoj strukturi podataka i načinu upravljanja Središnjim registrom državne imovine („Narodne novine“, br.37/24). Osmišljen je kao temeljni alat za praćenje i upravljanje državnom imovinom, te je za njegovo vođenje nadležno Ministarstvo pravosuđa, uprave i digitalne transformacije. Središnji registar državne imovine sastoji se od privatnog i javnog dijela sustava koji obuhvaća mrežnu stranicu s osnovnim informacijama i prikazom trenutačno verificiranog stanja dostupnih podataka namijenjenih javnom pregledu i preuzimanju, a prilagođen je neregistriranim korisnicima koji mu pristupaju putem Interneta.
