Description

3.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a mass catering service for residents of the Na Przedwiośniu Social Support Centre at ul. Pre-Spring 1 in Warsaw with lease of kitchen rooms and equipment in the period from 21.02.2026 to 31.12.2027. 3.2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is included in TOM II SWZ Description of the subject of the contract. Execution of the subject of the order will take place in accordance with TOM III SWZ Model contract. 3.3. The Contractor, after taking over part of the workplace on the basis of a contract, in accordance with Article 231 § 1 of the Labour Code, may be a party to employment relationships with employees of Naprzód Catering Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Tractor 136 lok. 301, 91-204 Boat. Detailed conditions and information on the employees taken over are contained in Annex TOM II to the FTZ Description of the subject of the contract and Annex 2.4 to the FTZ List of employees. 3.4. The Contractor will be obliged to carry out the order in accordance with the provisions set out in the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2006, No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1448) and implementing regulations issued on the basis of this Act.
