The procedures for the operation of the landfill consist of the following operations: Waste reception - registration of the truck transporting the waste and of the country generating the waste, weighing and registration of the waste, control of the delivery documents (declaration or registration card), direct visual control of the waste for compliance by type and composition of the waste with what is reflected in the accompanying documentation. Weighing and directing to the appropriate cell. Direction of waste to the relevant bin – after the registration of the checkpoint, the waste to be landfilled is directed, depending on the type of waste (non-hazardous or construction waste), to the relevant landfill site, where it is indicated in which section the waste should be landfilled. The format of the landfill account book and the annual landfill report is in accordance with Regulation No 1 of 4 June 2014 on the procedure and templates for providing information on waste activities and the procedure for keeping public registers. The record book records the date of delivery, the waste holder, including the person who collects and delivers the household waste, the origin and the waste code. Annual and monthly reports containing statistics and summaries of weighing data, including all other operational data, will be entered in the Reports Diary. The final date for issuing the annual report will be 1 March next year.
