This contract is a service contract within the meaning of Article 2, 21° of the Public Procurement Act. This contract is a framework contract. The contract is divided into 2 lots. The contracting authority places orders according to its needs. The quantities actually ordered in the inventory are therefore purely indicative and serve only for the comparison of the offers in terms of price. This is therefore in derogation from ‘AUR Art. 148 Services with fixed quantities or minimum services to be provided’. As not all subcontracts are known at the time of drawing up these specifications, the contracting authority does not guarantee a minimum amount to be executed in this contract.
