This contract is a service contract within the meaning of Article 2, 21° of the Public Procurement Act. This contract is a framework contract. The contract is divided into 2 lots. The contracting authority places orders according to its needs. The quantities actually ordered in the inventory are therefore purely indicative and serve only for the comparison of the offers in terms of price. This is therefore in derogation from ‘AUR Art. 148 Services with fixed quantities or minimum services to be provided’. As not all subcontracts are known at the time of drawing up these specifications, the contracting authority does not guarantee a minimum amount to be executed in this contract. The client reserves the right not to assign certain items from the price list. Under no circumstances may this give rise to compensation in favour of the tenderer or to changes in unit prices. The contract includes: The assignment is for the visual inspection of the sewerage and inspection wells. A distinction is made between on the one hand (lot 1) the smaller sewers that can be inspected with the equipment intended for this purpose and on the other hand (lot 2) larger tubes that are inspected by persons who descend into the sewerage system and inspect the tubes from the inside. Lot 1 also includes the inspections of the sewer wells and the inspection with the so-called well video. The latter is a research method to very quickly form a picture of the state of a sewage system without inspecting the entire sewage system (from well to well). The combined value of both lots (4 years, excluding VAT) is estimated at EUR 330 000. The contract is divided into the following lots: Lot 1 ‘Visual Inspection’ Including: • visual inspection of sewers from the interior of the pipe by means of a moving camera • visual inspection of sewer wells from the sewer well by means of a camera that is lowered into the sewer well with a fixed guide . • Visual inspection of connections to sewers from the interior of the sewerage system with satellite camera (lateral inspection) • Visual inspection of the sewerage system and the connection of the pipe to be examined with the inspection well from the sewerage well, inspection well or inspection construction from ground level by means of a remotely operated sewer inspection camera • Recording and coding in combination with all characterizations, quantifications and detailed information according to the NBN EN 13508-2:2003 +A1:2011 and its National Preface. • Preparation and delivery of the report • Compliance with the required quality and safety regulations. Lot 2 “Manvideo” Including: • research sewerage from the interior of the pipe or well by a person who descends into the sewerage system and enters the sewerage system • Registering and coding in combination with all characterizations, quantifications and detailed information according to the NBN EN 13508-2:2003 +A1:2011 and its National Preface. • Preparation and delivery of the report • Compliance with the required quality and safety regulations.
