Description

‘Post-investment monitoring for the project entitled ‘Construction of a ship’s station for the export of LNG at the external port of Świnoujście’ within three years of the date of conclusion of the contract’. The time limit required by the Contracting Authority for the performance of the contract: 3 years after the date of conclusion of the contract. When signing the contract, the Contracting Authority will draw up a timetable for the performance of each monitoring work. By 110 days after the end of the monitoring, the contractor will submit the studies from the monitoring carried out to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the GIP.
