Description

Raundahl & Moesby A/S ("RM") skal for Boligforeningen Århus Omegn ("BÅO") opføre 6 125 m2 støtteberettigede almene familieboliger med 69 boligenheder, ca. 49 tilhørende bilparkeringspladser i kælder og terræn, ca. 138 cykelparkeringspladser, samt tilhørende fælles arealer m.v. efter den delegerede bygherremodel, hvilket indebærer, at RM forestår udbudspligten for BÅO. Projektet realiseres på ejendommen matr. nr. 6oq, Vejlby By, Vejlby, der er beliggende Arresøvej 31B, 8240 Risskov. Ejendommen indgår i realisering af et byudviklingsprojekt i henhold til Aarhus Kommunes lokalplan 1083, hvorefter der skal opføres både private boliger samt almene familieboliger på 6 125 m2 på ejendommen.
