Description

The order includes the factory repair of coolers and heat exchangers of various systems. Tenderers must take into account when submitting their tenders that the information on the relevant specialist lots is only an estimate of past values and may contain additional requirements. The actual orders made during the contract period may differ with regard to the demand quantities contained in a drawer lot of the respective supply numbers. In any case, the ceiling for each contract shall be the total quantity summarised in the relevant lot. An obligation on the part of the Client to place individual orders is not justified by this contract. The contract period starts with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2026. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends, regardless of the legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special right of termination. Furthermore, the client reserves the right to an optional extension of the framework agreement until 31.12.2027.
