Description

The procurement involves the award of a works contract, the object of which is the energy efficiency of a building for multifamily residential building (block of flats) in Lupeni Municipality, 16 Bărbăteni Street, based on a non-reimbursable financing granted under the West Regional Programme 2021-2027, Priority 3: A region with environmentally friendly cities / Specific objective: RSO2.1_Promoting energy efficiency measures and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, Call for proposals PRV/233/PRV_P3/OP2/RSO2.1/PRV_A21 - PRV/3.1.A/1.6 Energy efficiency in residential buildings – ATU ITI Valea Jiului, under Financing Contract No 470/ 28.05.2026. The execution of the works will be carried out in strict compliance with the specifications of the technical projects and the technical-economic documentation attached to the Specifications, with the regulations in force, as well as with the DNSH principles established by the European Commission. Tenderers will be required to explain how the works carried out converge with the DNSH principles. The main benefits expected by the Contracting Authority concern the energy renovation of 75 households, the reduction of 66.25% of the annual primary energy consumption of the building, the reduction of 67.43 % of greenhouse gas emissions as a result of the renovation of the building. The contracting authority will reply to all requests for clarifications/additional information by a "consolidated reply" uploaded to the "CLARIFICATION LIST, NOTIFICATIONS AND DECISIONS" section of the Contract Notice on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
