The purpose of the procedure in question is to establish a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter: DBR) for the transport of mobile phones and accessories in 2 categories (hereinafter referred to as part or category) for Budapest Waterworks Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Fővárosi Vízművek Zrt. or Contracting Authority or AK) as defined in this invitation to participate, within the framework of which AK intends to conclude sales contracts with delivery. Category 1: Delivery of DBR Mobile Phones to Budapest Waterworks Ltd. Category 2: DBR Supply of mobile phone accessories to the Budapest Waterworks Ltd. AK intends to establish the dynamic purchasing system for 36 months, which is eligible for the Public Procurement Act. 107. § (9) to extend in all categories. The contracting authority is the Kbt.
