Description

The Swedish Transport Agency’s (TS) authority tasks include, inter alia, registration, scanning and archiving of incoming documents.
The documents are made scanning (pre-sorted to remove gem, adhesive clips, etc. which may have a negative effect on scanning) and patch sheets are added to distinguish between the different cases.
The documents are scanned in one of the four scanners that TS currently holds in order to have the documents digitalised for further processing in the Transport Agency’s various case systems.
After the documents have been scanned, the various flows are handled in unique software to process and distribute the files to the right case handlers at TS.
Approximately 17 500 documents are received daily by TS.
Some of the scanners currently used by TS are now to be replaced.
The contract relates to:
Delivery/installation of 2 identical scanners, option 1 scanners;
Delivery of hardware 1.10.2017, hardware 2.2.2018,
Service and support, contract duration three (3) + two (2) years.
