Informationstechnische Anlagen und AG 6 Förderanlagen gemäß § 53 ff. HOAI für nachfolgende Aufgabe: Generalsanierung des Gebäudes Greflingerstraße 22 (ehemaliges REWAG-Verwaltungsgebäude) zur Nutzung als 3. Rathaus bzw. Verwaltungsgebäude für die Stadt Regensburg.
