Description

The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the framework agreement for the provision of clothing for SEMITAN personnel concerning SEMITAN's operations personnel, commercial personnel, operations and maintenance control officers, control officers (ACIC) and intervention/assistance officers (AIA) (approximately 1600 persons). The services relate to: - The manufacture of image clothing; - Measures taken (general campaign and additional measures taken); - The provision of a web portal accessible from a smartphone allowing the creation of individual profiles, the monitoring of staff allocations, the taking of orders and at least all the elements detailed in the FWC of the framework agreement; - The supply and delivery of work clothes and accessories in individualised and/or grouped packages; - The management of exchanges and alterations. The full details of the services are given in the CCTP. This is a single-contract supply framework agreement, with a minimum amount of EUR 350 000 excluding VAT and a maximum amount of EUR 3 000 000 excluding VAT, over the entire duration of the framework agreement, in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 1° of the Public Procurement Code.
