Description

The subject of the public contract is mainly the supply of network switches and relevant software and the provision of HW and SW support for 5 years. The subject of purchase are network switches in the following number and usage: - 2 pc network switch - core - 2 pc network switch - datacenter - 7 pc network switch - access - 10 Gbit + PoE - 4 pc network switch - access - 1 Gbit PoE - 8 pc network switch - access - 1 Gbit The aim is generational renewal of the core and datacenter network infrastructure and renewal of one data cabinet (access). Core switches will be located in two server rooms (approximately 100 m from each other within one building). They will be redundantly connected to each other in a stack (100 Gbit optical cables). Datacenter switches will be located in one server room next to each other. They will be redundantly connected to each other in a stack using 100 Gbit DAC cables. Access switches will be located in one of the four data switchboards. Within the switchboard, the switches will be connected into two stacks. Each stack will contain 2 pieces of access – 10 Gbit + PoE, 2 pieces of access – 1 Gbit PoE and 4 pieces of access – 1 Gbit. With core switches, both stacks will be connected by a redundant 25 Gbit optical network. The remaining 3 pieces of access – 10 Gbit + PoE will then be placed in the remaining data switchboards. The detailed specification of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the draft contract, in particular in Annex 1 ‘Technical specifications’ thereto.
