Description

The subject matter of the contract shall include:
1.1. The supply of unlimited licences of the Integrated Information System to operate the hospital in the quantity and under the conditions set out in Annex 1 with the functionality specified in Annex 2.
1.2.The supply of system software, antivirus, backup, virtualisation software and database engine and their installation in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 3.
1.3. Deployment, configuration and deployment of the above-mentioned software, equipment of the server room, creation of wireless internet access, indirect x-ray digitisation – in accordance with the timetable set out in Annex 4.
1.4. Training of the Contracting Authority’s personnel in the operation of the above-mentioned application software and database software, server operating systems – in accordance with Annex 5.
1.5. Transfer of data from the software currently used by the Contracting Authority – in accordance with Annex 6.
1.6.Purchase of computer equipment, servers, backup systems, network infrastructure equipment – in accordance with Annex 7.
1.7. Execution of works relating to the equipment of the server room and the completion of the network infrastructure – in accordance with Annex 8.
1.8. Development of a wireless web access system for hospital patients – in accordance with Annex 9.
1.9. Indirect digitisation of the RTG workstation with RIS and PACS in accordance with Annex 10.
1.10. Provision of maintenance services, copyright supervision, guarantee conditions for the whole of the subject matter of the contract provided and performed – in accordance with Annex 11.
