Description

The Restoration Fund is involved in the mortgage granting of monuments to both individuals and business entities. The Restoration Fund also administers the grants promised by the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands (RCE) and a number of other partners. The Restoration Fund works intensively with various important partners, including the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (OCW), provinces, municipalities, various heritage organisations and private foundations and with monument owners. The current agreement with the current service provider for the Funding Platform will be terminated in the near future. This makes it essential that a new Funding Platform specifically tailored to the needs of the Restoration Fund is selected and implemented in a timely manner. This process includes the tendering of a standard Financing Platform for the mortgage processes. Size of assignments not yet known. This is indeed a pre-announcement.
