The subject-matter of the contract is the execution and delivery of communication documents and markings for the district authority in Stalowa Wola:
I. Communication documents and markings:
(1) personalised blank registration certificates,
(2) provisional licence forms,
(3) blanks of vehicle cards,
(4) control stickers,
(5) temporary licence forms for multiple use,
(6) validation marks covering,
(a) verification stickers for registration certificates and registration plates,
(b) stickers for temporary plates,
(7) personalised driving licence forms,
(8) international driving licence forms,
(9) tram licence forms,
(10) forms of licence applications,
(11) personalised vehicle cards,

(13) duplicate of a personalised control sticker,
