Description

Projektet som udbydes i totalentreprise omfatter et nyt sundhedshus i Brønderslev på ca. 5 000 m² i 2 plan med tilhørende anlæg. Målgruppen er de alment praktiserende læger i Brønderslev, speciallæger, Brønderslev Kommunes sundhedsfunktioner samt de borgere som kommer til konsultation i huset.
Udbudsmaterialet vil omfatte byggeprogram med tilhørende betingelser samt et dipositionsforslag.
Byggeriet skal opføres som lavenergiklasse 2020 og skal af totalentreprenøren minimum sølv-certificeres ud fra de danske DGNB krav for kontorbyggeri. Der er krav om at anvende principper for Lean Construction i rådgivningsfasen og byggeprocessen. Og der er krav til at anvende informations- og kommunikationsteknologi iht. BEK1381.
Byggestart forventes i sommeren 2013 med en byggeperiode på 12 måneder.
