Description

Maintenance, repair and supply of spare parts under a framework contract for agricultural power and machinery of the Contracting Authority up to the limit of the financial envelopes. Amount of the contracts: 72.756.000,-HUF. On the basis of the ad hoc orders, the winning Contractor shall carry out the full maintenance and repairs together with the related administrative tasks (preparation of price quotations, documentation of repairs/maintenances, etc.) as well as the sale of spare parts for the devices, regardless of the repair, if applicable. In addition, the winning Contractor shall carry out, where appropriate, on-site technical rescue, transport of machinery and technical examination. The contracting authority undertakes to place an order for 50 % of the total amount. Additional technical, professional or contractual requirements relating to performance are set out in the procurement documents, in particular the technical specifications and the draft contract. The Kbt. Pursuant to Section 61(4), the nature of the subject-matter of the procurement and the additional circumstances related to the contract do not make it possible to provide a partial tender in the procedure, because the subject-matter of the procurement is a complex task to be carried out in a field, to be performed in parallel or involving successive work processes. It would be contrary to economic rationality to provide a sub-offer item. The repair and maintenance works are homogeneous, closely related due to their nature and the required technical parameters, so the joint management of the individual activities is in the economic interest of the Contracting Authority.
