Description

The subject of this contract is primary support services for Microsoft software in the North Department.
The services expected are as follows:
— high level telephone support on all Microsoft software followed by a dedicated account manager,
— the coordination and resolution of technical problems on Microsoft products,
— operational monitoring services (audit, support advice, review),
— technical assistance services,
— Microsoft technology technical information services.
It is a contract with order forms pursuant to Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code. It will be carried out as order forms are issued without negotiation or reopening of competition.
Contract amounts:
— minimum amount over the duration of the contract: EUR 200 000 EXCLUDING TAX,
— maximum amount over the duration of the contract: EUR 800 000 EXCLUDING TAX.
The contract shall take effect on the date on which the contract is notified to the contractor for a period of four (4) years.
