Description

Restricted project management competition for the construction of a new EHPAD in Roybon. The operation concerns the construction of 5 430 m² of building and 5 500 m² of green areas to be developed. The institution will be able to accommodate 132 residents, broken down as follows: 85 EHPAD beds (GIR 1 and 2 mostly), 42 UPG beds, 5 medical temporary accommodation beds. It also includes 14 places for PASA. This project is part of a high-quality environmental approach (in accordance with the tertiary benchmark) by obtaining the ‘Effinergie +’ label (BEE – provider). The missions of the EOM are classic tasks under the MOP Act (Esq, APS, APD, PRO, DCE, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR) with the following tasks:
MC 1: CSSI (works phase and final phase),
MC 2: signage and layout.
