"Uisce Éireann intends to undertake a competitive tendering process, the objective of which is to establish a contract delivery model (Framework, Qualifications System or similar) for the provision of Freshwater Monitoring & Surveys. Uisce Éireann is looking for providers in the Market that can cover all aspects of Freshwater Monitoring and Surveys including but not limited to: Hydrological monitoring including : Design and installation of instrument to measure and record: River flows Water levels Installation of groundwater level monitoring Meteorological conditions (rainfall, wind, solar radiation etc) Hydrometric measurement (gauging/spot flows and level measurement using hand-held/mini-vessel/remote techniques). Hydrographic/topographic surveys River channel cross section surveys River structure surveys (weirs / outfalls) Bathymetric surveys of lakes/reservoirs Topographic survey of riverbanks /outfall location including UAV LiDAR. Water quality sampling in rivers, reservoirs, lakes, canals and sewer/surface water pipe networks and WwTP influent/effluent streams). "
