Description

Mrówczan wapnia w ilości 100 kg. Produkt ten będzie użyty do produkcji pasz dla zwierząt. Stawka VAT zgodnie z kategorią pożywienia dla zwierząt, która jest zaklasyfikowana do działów (kodów) nomenklatury scalonej (CN), wymieniona w załączniku nr 10 do ustawy o VAT. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - parametry jakościowe: - sól wapienna kwasu mrówkowego - mrówczan wapnia - 99% - wapń od 30 do 31% - ołów - max. - 10 mg/kg - kadm - max. - 2 mg/kg - rtęć - max. - 0,1mg/kg - biały lub tylko biały proszek krystaliczny. Do każdej dostawy należy dołączyć atest jakości produktu. Na potwierdzenie informacji w/w parametrów jakościowych produktu Zamawiający wymaga załączenia do oferty przedmiotowego środka dowodowego. Zamawiający jest podatnikiem podatku rolnego i zamawiany produkt wykorzysta na potrzeby własne.
