Politiets fellestjenester (PFT), hereafter called the contracting authority, shall enter into a service contract for postal services. The objective of the agreement is to ensure the Contracting Authority a simple, secure, environmental, cost effective and time efficient delivery of postal services. The contract includes services that are relevant for all parts of the police, i.e. The Norwegian Police Directorate with underlying districts, special bodies and underlying units, including: Finnmark Police District, Troms Police District, Nordland Police District, Trøndelag Police District, Møre og Romsdal Police District, West Police District, South West Police District, Agder Police District, South East Police District, Inland Police District, East Police District, Oslo Police District Kripos Økokrim Police Immigration Unit (PU) Emergency Police (UP) Police University College (PHS) Police joint services (PFT) Politiets ICT-tjenester (PIT) National ID-senter (NID) Politidirektoratet (POD) Grensekommisariatet [The Norwegian Police] The agreement will also include the following other public bodies: • Commission for the resumption of criminal cases (Resumption Commission) ) • The Directorate of Immigration (UDI) • the Immigration Appeals Board (UNE) • Oslo District Attorney's Office • The National Public Prosecutor's Office • The Public Prosecutor's Office • The Norwegian Civil Rights Administration • Oslo District Court • Borgarting Court of Appeal • The Customs Office • The Secretariat for the Conflict Councils • The Conflict Councils in Oslo • Vestfold, Telemark and Buskerud District Attorney's Office • Police Security Service Further description of who the contract applies to, including who is considered a Customer in accordance with the contract, follows the tender documentation.
