Description

Erasmus MC outsources the patent services (for new inventions). This tender is carried out by means of a private multiple procedure, using Tenderned (Tenderned number: 485167). Because Tenderned does not offer the functionality to announce in that procedure and to publish the award afterwards, this tender has been created. PLEASE NOTE: therefore uses the notice of this procedure for the purpose of the private procedure, more specifically solely and exclusively to make the contract notice (start) and award (ex post) for the purpose of the private procedure. The time limit for Registration and the time limit for Notification should be disregarded. Entrepreneurs are invited via Tenderned from the aforementioned tender with TenderNed reference: 485167. Erasmus MC outsources the patent services (for new inventions). Erasmus MC wishes to establish a shortlist of four (4) patent offices contracted as preferred suppliers for the following required activities/functions: advising on (patentable) inventions; the provision of services relating to the writing, registration and enforcement of patents. The expected volume is on average 12 new applications per year with an ongoing patent portfolio of around 100 patent families. A shortlist of (maximum) four (4) preferred suppliers will follow on the basis of the tenders based on the award model. A framework agreement will be concluded with each of these suppliers for an initial contract term of 36 months, excluding one (1) option year.
