Dostawa sprzętu biurowego do indywidualnego miejsca przeznaczenia w ramach projektu POPDOW (komputery).
Z podziałem na trzy (3) części:
— część nr 1: Sprzęt biurowy – typ: standard,
— część nr 2: Sprzęt biurowy – typ: zaawansowany,
— część nr 3: Sprzęt biurowy – typ: specjalistyczny,
(nr OVFMP 4A.4.3a).
Postępowanie przetargowe zostało przeprowadzone według procedur międzynarodowego przetargu konkurencyjnego (ICB) określonych w „Instrukcji Banku Światowego: Zamówienia towarów, robót i usług niekonsultingowych w ramach pożyczek IBRD oraz kredytów i dotacji IDA realizowane przez Pożyczkobiorców
Banku Światowego ze stycznia 2011 r., zmienione w lipcu 2014 r, („Instrukcja Banku Światowego dotycząca zamówień”) i jest ono otwarte dla wszystkich kwalifikujących się oferentów, zgodnie z ich definicją w Instrukcji Banku Światowego dotyczącej zamówień. Ponadto prosimy zapoznać się z punktami 1.6 i 1.7, które
