Description

The subject of the contract is: Supply of medicinal products (including from drug programs) to the District Health Care Institute based in Starachowice included in packages in quantities depending on the current demand resulting from medical activities. Attached is a list of medicines (Annex 5 to the CVT) with the name of the pharmaceutical product in units of measurement and the amount of expected consumption over a period of 12 months. The contracting authority accepts the possibility of submitting equivalent tenders (the subject matter of the contract offered is not worse than that specified in the FTZ), if it could follow from the description of the subject matter of the contract that the subject matter of the contract was determined by indicating the trade mark, origin or patent. The tender must indicate its counterparts and include a description of the characteristics of the counterparts. Failure to indicate the proposed counterparts and a description of the characteristics of the counterparts used shall constitute grounds for rejecting the tender – Art. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Act.
