Description

Предметът на обществената поръчка е съгласно посоченото в т. 1, като обхватът на дейностите е съгласно Техническа спецификация, приложение към документацията за участие. Съгласно чл.2, пар.3, б."в" от Регламент 2018/858, изрично посочен като изключение в Наредбата за чисти превозни средства: всякакви превозни средства, движещи се на собствен ход, проектирани и произведени специално за извършване на работа, които поради конструктивните си характеристики не са подходящи за превоз на пътници или превоз на товари и които не представляват машини, монтирани на шасито на моторно превозно средство. Предвид което, предметът на настоящата обществена поръчка не попада в обхвата на наредбата за чисти превозни средства.
