Description

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of three existing school buildings in order to increase their energy efficiency and debarrierisation. Building Building 01 - Pavilion A is a two-storey, detached building with two above-ground floors with a flat roof. The building consists of classrooms, office facilities, congregation, sanitary areas and boiler room. Building Building 01 - Pavilion B is a two-storey, detached building with two above-ground floors with a flat roof, consisting of classrooms, office facilities, congregation, sanitary areas and boiler room. The renovation does not propose a change in the layout of SO 01 and SO 02. Building Building 03 – Gym, Block D is a two-storey, detached building with two above-ground floors with a flat roof. The building consists of a hall, office facilities, sanitary facilities and warehouses. As part of the renovation, a minor layout change of the building is proposed. From small rooms for a cleaner, one larger technical room will be created. Reconstruction work on the above-mentioned buildings will include, in particular, thermal insulation of the envelope, thermal insulation of the roof envelope, replacement of the opening structures, reconstruction of the heating, cooling and ventilation system, lighting, minor construction modifications (door replacement, cladding), installation of photovoltaic panels and heat pumps. The debarrierisation measures will include, in particular, the installation of an inclined staircase platform in SO 01 and SO 02 buildings and the installation of accessories for immobile persons in the toilet.
