Description

As part of the overall construction measure ‘Energetic optimisation of the Karsdorf wastewater treatment plant’, the general process and machine technology is to be installed. The conversion of existing buildings and facilities provides for: the replacement of three drives of the worm pumps in the inlet pumping station, new faecal receiving station consisting of shredder and rotary lobe pump including fittings and piping and new connection of sand and grease pipes in the existing computing building, new heat supply system in the operating building with 300l drinking water storage including charging station, fittings and piping, the conversion of the four sludge silos with slides and piping up to DN 125 stainless steel, as well as the installation of a new return sludge rake as a flat fine sieve breaking unit with washing press including switchge and small pipes in the return sludge pumping station. The conversion measures are partly preceded by dismantling and dismantling work. The new structures constructed as part of the overall construction measure shall be fitted out as follows: Calculation house: Counter-current crushing and fine raking, both with washing press, switching and control system, fittings and small cables in stainless steel and container carriages for the extracted material, as well as heat supply system as air heater and radiator and room air conditioning system as overpressure ventilation by fan. Sand catch: Sand and grease trap bridge, aeration system for roller formation, dry-mounted rotary lobe pump for conveying grease sludge, fittings and sliders, pipelines in stainless steel up to DN 800, as well as sand trap channel made of stainless steel. Preliminary clarification: Plastic chain clearing system as floor sludge remover in 4-shaft design, skim channel, two rotary lobe pumps for conveying the primary sludge, fittings and slides, pipelines in stainless steel up to DN 250. Disaster basin: Intermediate flange slider DN 700. Precipitation station: as a cylindrical storage container made of PE-HD with approx. 20 m3, required measuring technology, collecting tray and piping, ladder with operating platform, container insulation and heating, dosing unit, as well as switching and control technology. Engine house: Heat supply system as condensing boiler 310 kW including all fittings, exhaust system, control, heat distribution and air heater, ventilation system for sludge chamber and gas treatment with fan. Two rotary lobe pumps for process water, two thin sludge pumps, as well as three circulating sludge centrifugal pumps, one monorail crane 1 t, fully automatic pressure booster system in compact design for operating water with boiler as feed tank 1.5 m3, two double jacket heat exchangers up to DN 100 each 6 m, flocculant dosing station as a pendulum system 2 x 1,000 l, belt thickener for 40 m3/h sludge flow rate, thick sludge pumps, cosubstrat receiving station in the outdoor area with macetor and rotary lobe pump, valves and slides, pipelines in stainless steel up to DN 200. The services to be provided for the overall construction project will be put out to tender in seven lots. The present call for tenders for Lot 6 includes the general process and machine technology of the wastewater treatment plant.
