Description

Het doel van de aanbesteding is het aangaan van één Concessieovereenkomst met één Concessiehouder voor het Warmtesysteem voor het Stationsgebied in Hilversum. Middels de Concessieovereenkomst verwerft de Concessiehouder het exclusieve recht om voor eigen rekening en risico het Warmtesysteem te ontwerpen, realiseren en exploiteren voor de duur van de Concessie. Het Stationsgebied is het gebied gelegen aan en direct ten zuidwesten van het station Hilversum. Dit gebied wordt herontwikkeld in de periode 2027 – 2035. Het betreft 7 nieuwe bouwblokken met daarin circa 365 woningen (365 weq) en 11.000 m2 utiliteit (155 weq).
