The purpose of the tender is to enter into one Concession Agreement with one Concessionaire for the Heat System for the Station Area in Hilversum. By means of the Concession Agreement, the Concessionaire acquires the exclusive right to design, realize and operate the Heat System at its own expense and risk for the duration of the Concession. The Station Area is the area located on and directly southwest of Hilversum station. This area will be redeveloped in the period 2027 – 2035.
