The objective of this contract is to hire a qualified project manager (architect) who: o confirm the technical feasibility of the project and provide a precise budgetary framework for the site security work to be carried out. o propose a preliminary design summary of site development for the safe and pedagogical reception of the public o ensure the execution of the work contract(s) - restoration, reinforcement and security of the site - technical and educational facilities for the pedagogical, tourist and leisure reception of the public o provide assistance to the developer during reception operations as well as during the guarantee period of perfect completion o where appropriate and at the request of the contracting authority will certify the conformity of the work with the building permit, in accordance with Article R. 462-1 of the Urban Planning Code
