Description

This consultation under the adapted procedure is subject to the provisions of Articles L2120-1, L2123-1, R2123-1 3°, R2123-4, R2123-5 and R2123-7 of the Public Procurement Code. Main services: Because of the difficulties related to their disability, some apprentices need to be accompanied to be able to integrate into the professional environment, validate their training through the success of the exam and develop their future employability. The Department wishes to surround itself with a service provider whose tasks will be to: - identification of potential candidates - socio-professional support for apprentices in the service of assignment and in the training centre. Single-award framework agreement setting out all the contractual stipulations and executed by issuing order forms, without annual minimum and with a maximum of 28,000 euro (s) excluding VAT every two years. The estimated start date of the services is 1 October 2024. The duration of the framework agreement is 2 years from its notification, tacitly renewable once, but the total duration may not exceed 4 years.
