Poland-Gorzów Wielkopolski: Electricity
1. The subject matter of the contract shall include: Purchase of electricity for the premises of the Lubuskie Police.
2. CPV code 09.31.00.00-5 – Electricity
3. The estimated electricity consumption over a 24-month period is 8 223 288 kWh, according to the following tariff groups:
(a) C21 – 5 591 256 kWh;
(b) C22a at peak – 118 264 kWh;
(C) C22a off-peak – 329 740 kWh;
(D) C11 – 1 937 478 kWh;
(e) G11 – 9 186 kWh;
(F) C12a at peak – 63 105 kWh;
(g) C12a off-peak – 174 259 kW.
4. A detailed list of the type of subject matter of the contract is set out in the tender form (Annex 1 to the ToR).
5. The quantities of energy listed in the ToR and the tender form (Annex 1 to the ToR) are estimated.
6. The quality standards of the Contracting Authority’s service were laid down in the applicable implementing provisions issued on the basis of the Energy Law Act of 10.4.1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2012, item 1059).
7. The contract shall enter into force for each consumption point on 1.1.2016, but not earlier than the date of the effective termination of the existing electricity sales contract with the previous seller, as well as after a positive procedure for changing the seller and accepting the contract to be performed by DSOs.
8. The contract is concluded by 31.12.2017.
