Description

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of construction and executive design documentation with an investor's cost estimate, an estimate of the works, an offer estimate and Technical Specifications for the Execution and Receipt of Construction Works, together with obtaining for and on behalf of the Ordering Party all required by law and the necessary arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions, enabling them to submit an application for a construction permit, aimed at the reconstruction of Malinowa and Sadowa streets, located in the city of Słupsk, together with author's supervision over the implementation of the works. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the FTZ together with the attachments. 3. The procedure is conducted under the open tender procedure referred to in Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019, also referred to in this notice as the 'PPL Act'.
