Description

Rammeaftalen omhandler løbende renovering af kloakledninger hos fem forsyningsselskaber i Nordsjælland, beliggende i Halsnæs, Gribskov, Hillerød, Fredensborg og Helsingør kommuner. Der udbydes én rammeaftale, som ønskes tildelt til to leverandører, hvor der tildeles leverancer efter en kaskademodel. Kaskademodellen indebærer, at der tildeles som udgangspunkt til den primære leverandør, men hvis denne ikke kan levere til den angivne tidsplan gentagne gange, vil de efterfølgende leverancer kunne blive tildelt til den sekundære leverandør. Kaskademodellen er nærmere beskrevet i udkastet til rammeaftalen. Der henvises til det øvrige udbudsmateriale for yderligere information.
